A. In order to purchase an Incredible Days Experience Voucher or Incredible Days Gift Card Voucher, you can either log-on to www.incredibledays.com or visit a selected retail location.

Q. I want to buy multiple gifts and send them to multiple locations. Can I do that?
A. The easiest way to purchase multiple gifts and send them to multiple locations is to buy one gift at a time and complete the checkout process for that one gift. After your first purchase is complete, you can go back to our home page and purchase another gift and go through the checkout process again. This is the best way to make multiple purchases and ensure that there will be no mistakes. If you'd like to buy multiple gifts and send them to one location, you can simply add as many items as you want to the shopping cart and proceed through the checkout process.
Q. How do I make a purchase from Incredible Days?
A. After looking through www.incredibledays.com and choosing one or more experiences to purchase, you should add those items to your virtual shopping cart and proceed through the checkout process. During this checkout process, we will ask you for all of the necessary information, including your name and address, the recipient's name and address, and your preferred shipment date and method.
Q. Can I write a customized gift note to include with the package?
A. Of course! As you go through the checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to write a custom message that will be included in the gift package to your recipient.
Q. When I am making the purchase, do I need to book specific date for the activity to take place?
A. No. As most customers don't know when their recipient is likely to want to redeem the experience voucher, all Incredible Days experience vouchers are open-dated so your recipient is free to choose their preferred participation date (subject to availability).
Q. How can I pay for my purchase from Incredible Days?
A. At the end of the checkout process, you must provide a valid credit card (all major credit cards are accepted) number and expiration date, at which time the credit card will be charged the appropriate amount.
Q. What happens after I enter in my credit card details and click "Submit"?
A. After your credit card is validated and the purchase is complete, we will immediately send you an email confirming the purchase you've just made. Then, on the date you requested during the checkout process, an Incredible Days Gift Pack will be sent (via FedEx) to the recipient of the purchase. As soon as the package is sent out, we will send you an email with the FedEx tracking number (if you requested this during the checkout process) so that you can track the progress of the package.
Q. What exactly is included in the Incredible Days Gift Pack that will be sent to the gift recipient?
A. The Incredible Days Gift Pack includes the voucher (including terms and conditions of the voucher), a gift note (if requested), a full description of the experience, information for how to redeem the voucher, and other selected material. All of this comes in an attractive-looking gift package that is sure to please any gift recipient.
Q. How will the gift recipient redeem the voucher for the experience they've been given?
A. The details for how to redeem the voucher are included with the gift package sent to the recipient. In addition to this, the gift package will also include details information for how to prepare for the experience, as well as whether there are any precautions or restrictions involved. Some of the experiences have height, weight, or age restrictions - so please read all of the material before scheduling the experience.
Q. What if I would like the package sent to my address so I can give it to the recipient in person?
A. As you go through the checkout process, you will have the chance to let us know whether you would like the gift sent directly to the recipient, or whether you would like it shipped to yourself so that you can give the gift to the recipient in person. Either way we will send the package to you or the recipient on the date you want via the FedEx shipping method you choose.
Q. I've received an experience voucher gift from Incredible Days and have booked a time and date with the experience provider - now what?
A. On the day of your experience, please make sure to bring anything needed or recommended by the experience provider. Also, MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR EXPERIENCE VOUCHER WITH YOU ON THE DAY OF THE EXPERIENCE, AS YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN THE EXPERIENCE WITHOUT IT! Once you arrive at the location where the experience will take place, please give the voucher to the person/people who are in charge.
Q. What happens if I've confirmed a date and time for my experience, but want to cancel or change the booking?
A. Once you have confirmed the booking with the experience provider, cancellations and rebooking are allowed up to fourteen (14) days prior to the experience, unless otherwise noted at www.incredibledays.com for a particular experience. Incredible Days cannot accommodate schedule changes after that period. Failure to appear as scheduled and participate in your experience, or failure to cancel and rebook the experience at least fourteen (14) days prior to the booked date, will result in a non-refundable cancellation.
Q. What happens if my voucher is lost or stolen?
A. Unfortunately Incredible Days cannot replace lost or stolen vouchers.
Q. If I decide I don't want the experience I bought anymore, can I get a refund?
A. Except where stated, Incredible Days Experience Vouchers and Incredible Days Gift Card Vouchers are non-refundable. In certain circumstances beyond our control, Incredible Days may need to cancel a voucher. Incredible Days will notify the participant as soon as possible and offer all available alternatives. In extreme circumstances of death, injury, or illness, Incredible Days will, in limited cases, allow customer to re-book an experience. Participants may be asked to provide documentary evidence to support claims relating to the above, and any refunds given by Incredible Days will be refunded only to the original purchaser.
Q. I was given a voucher from someone as a gift, but I don't like the experience voucher I was given. Can I exchange it for a different experience?
A. Unbooked experiences (i.e. when you have not scheduled the experience yet) may be exchanged any time prior to the expiration date (except where applicable by state law) free of charge. Booked experiences (i.e. when you have already made a booking with the experience provider) can be exchanged as well, subject to a $25 change fee. When the new experience is priced higher than the original experience, you will be required to pay the difference. When the new experience is priced lower than the original experience, you will receive a credit of the difference towards a future Incredible Days purchase. In any exchange, the original voucher must be returned to Incredible Days before a new one is sent to the customer.
Q. When does my voucher expire?
A. Incredible Days Experience Vouchers and Incredible Days Gift Card Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue (as stated on the voucher), unless otherwise required by applicable state law. Experiences must be booked by the expiration date unless the experience is extended prior to the expiration date (where allowable by state law). Expiration date extensions are subject to a $20 administrative fee per extension, plus any additional price increase in the experience or gift package itself.
Q. I don't want the voucher that I bought or that was given to me as a gift - can I give my voucher to someone else?
A. Yes, Incredible Days Experience Vouchers and Incredible Days Gift Card Vouchers can be given to anyone (whose name is not on the voucher) prior to booking the experience. In order to give an experience you've been given to someone else, please contact us at info@incredibledays.com. We will send you out a new voucher as long as you send the original voucher back to us. However, once assigned, the new voucher-holder must provide relevant information to Incredible Days. In addition, the new holder of the voucher shall be subject to these terms and conditions.
Q. How far in advance should I make a booking for the experience voucher I was given?
A. We suggest that experiences are booked a minimum of 14 days in advance, and further if a weekend, holiday, or popular time is desired. While Incredible Days and the service provider will make every effort to meet your needs, we cannot guarantee to provide your experience on a chosen day.
Q. Are there any restrictions that I need to consider before buying an experience?
A. Some Incredible Days experiences are subject to maximum or minimum requirements such as age, height, weight, health status, or other factors. These restrictions will be listed on the package description on our website, and in the information pack that the recipient will receive, and we ask you to read these carefully. Once booked, you may be liable for charges if you have to cancel because the minimum or maximum requirements are not met.
Q. Are these experiences safe?
A. We have taken all possible care to select suppliers that meet minimum safety standards. We work very hard to make sure all our experiences are as safe and fun as possible.
Q. Why do prices for some activities vary from location to location?
A. We use a variety of suppliers across the region. Some may offer slightly different itineraries or equipment. As much as possible, we have included full details of activities in the long description sections of the product pages to help you decide.
Q. What happens if the weather is questionable on the day I'm scheduled to have my experience?
A. If the weather is questionable, you will need to contact the experience provider on the day of the experience to know whether the experience has been cancelled or not. You should not assume that weather conditions will result in a cancellation of a booked Incredible Days experience, as failure to appear will result in a non-refundable cancellation. All experiences cancelled by the service provider due to weather conditions will be rebooked, subject to availability, without incurring any additional charges.
